Job Description:
Go-Go After School is hiring part-time After School Program Leaders 

We’re looking for individuals who appreciate and respect children, enjoy spending time with them, and want to contribute to a fun and educational after school environment. The successful candidate will deliver quality programming and provide inclusive support to the children in our care.

This part-time position runs primarily Monday–Friday, 1:30–5:30 p.m., with opportunities for full-time hours during summer camps and holidays.

Salary: $16.50–$25.50/hour based on experience and qualifications (including ECE, BEd, or related degree).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, quality, and engaging childcare programming
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and families
• Document safety reports and daily checklists
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure children’s safety and well-being

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate
• Previous childcare experience (asset)
• Shares Go-Go’s philosophy of respect and active listening with children
• Good communication skills
• CSA Standard Z1210-17 Basic First Aid
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance
• Social Development Check
