Go-Go Gymnastics focuses on three fundamental principles: fun, fitness and safety. This formula ensures that each child has an extraordinary gymnastics experience that introduces the importance of physical and mental stimulation for a healthy lifestyle. Our impressive 5000-lb state of the art gymnastics equipment is bright, colorful, and tactile, offering sensory engagement and excitement for children of all ages. Your child will love learning gymnastics on our five stations in the gym:

Age Groups & Pricing
- A parent-accompanied learning experience
- Your toddler will visit each station of our gymnasium learning the basics of gymnastics with your assistance
- Our instructor will teach your child with demonstrations on each piece of equipment
- Physical focuses include balance, spatial orientation, depth perception and flexibility
- Social focuses include communication, turn taking, listening, and following
- Our goal is to help your toddler develop a sound understanding of their body and its functioning with our tactile, colorful, and interactive play equipment!
- Independent class experience
- Your child will have the opportunity to work on their basic skill sets at each station of our gymnasium, learning a variety of movements
- Kinder Kids offers the first opportunity for your child to progress through our unique medal and evaluation system
- Their coach will demonstrate on each piece of equipment, as well as provide detailed explanations as to how they can accomplish their skills
- Our goal is to help your child accomplish basic gymnastics skills, as well as have fun in our positive atmosphere!
- Specially designed for children 6-8 years in age
- An independent class experience that focuses on building foundational gymnastics skills in a 1 hour long class
- Children will take opportunity to work on their skill sets at each station of our gymnasium, advancing their form & improving on their strength and flexibility
- We incorporate an active warm-up that focuses on stretching, cardiovascular work, and introductory conditioning
- Our goal is to help children advance their basic gymnastics skills, as well as have fun in our positive atmosphere at any experience level!
